We want you to be happy with our organic candles. If you are not satisfied, please contact us through email at dome@domedecor.net. We will accept an exchange or return if it's within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
